I don't see a listing for this one. But I'm thinking it is a fading die scratch. Nothing else makes me think it is a RPM.

Is there a line coming out of the top of it - that then turns and looks like a 7? Just wondering; not really sure, but something about it looks familiar to me... but it may be I'm thinking of a different date.

No, I believe you're referring to another RPM, which I have found also, it has what you are describing.

Yes, I think your right. There was a time I was focusing on finding LMC 1964-D rpms and purchased a lot of obw rolls of that date and mint. Found a fair amount of them and a few nice ones - not near as many as you've been finding though.
