The CPG ( Cherry Pickers Guide) show these prices:
SMS63-$20
SMS65-$50
SMS66-$80
SMS67-$150
So depending on grade it might/might not be worth grading?

Probably over die polishing altered the field in that area.

(yes, the inside of the ear is part of the fields. Just like the bays are part of the field on Memorial cents)
