Would those also be Good for Birthday Notes. I just came across alot of ( 1 Dollar 2013 _ Notes beginning with the serial number 1977. Do not know if I have enough Post to put up a Topic or Pictures

@goldnugget - I think they can be whatever you want them to be (as long as someone is willing to pay for it), though traditionally the year in a "birthday note" is the last 4 digits, not the first. And you can post a new topic; all that takes is being a registered member.
