Bret Pillar of the Community United States 1913 Posts	Posted 08/25/2015 09:25 am Today I'm returning the 2015 high relief $100 gold coin to the mint. Although I really like the design, I just can't get past the die polishing scratches that show on the surface of the coin. I have never seen such die polishing marks on a modern US coin. The fact that this is supposed to be a collector coin makes the poor quality extremely inexcusable. I don't want to just return it and leave it at that. I actually want to send a letter (probably certified) to Richard Peterson who is the U.S. Mind Deputy Director for Manufacturing and Quality. I have searched the internet, but can't find the mailing address to his office. Does anyone know what it is? Report this Post to the Staff

IF you really want to make a different or get to the point: Get your House Representative (or his office, probably his staffs) to deliver the letter to Mr. Peterson. Report this Post to the Staff
