Mercury holding Caduceus + Bust facing right.

The auction incorrectly listed it as a Columbia Farthing, but the motif's are pretty far off for that series - not to mention this was obviously struck without a collar.

My best guess is a really old jeton, but if anyone else has any insight I would love to hear all opinions.

Sorry, but no, not ancient. I was tempted to say it's a modern fantasy, but not entirely sure what it is...here's some speculation (we've seen it here before):
