Any help in identifying this medallion? would be greatly appreciated. The front shows two native american drawing a bow as in hunting (sorry its out of focus). The back has the words "17th Century when only the Indians roamed the wilderness and the plains". Supposedly it was found on the ground around 1930 in Southern Maryland just outside the Capitol. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks Bob

to the forum!

It appears to be PART of a watch fob from the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis.

Read more about it here: http://www.worthpoint.com/worthoped...ob-154459588

Hope this helps!

Thank you very much! I believe that's exactly what it is and ends 30 years of speculation.
