I have no idea what you're speaking of. Pics of the whole coin, both sides, would be nice. Or maybe, a more detailed explanation of what you see.

Edit: Now I see it. You're interested in "IN GOD WE TRUST." It does look odd but a close-up of that area is needed. Also, it will most likely not be worth any premium.

maybe and someone didnt go a good job making a "G" so they make it to an circle instead, but it works lol

Looks to be a well placed interior die chip. Similar to "BIE" Lincoln cents (BIE cents are cents where a die chip has occurred between the B and E in LIBERTY, making it look Ike it is spelled LIBIERTY).

It could be a die chip but, the way that part of the O is missing and seeing the scratch above IGWT and the damage to the U, I think damage caused metal of the O to move left into the G making it look closed.

It just happens to be well placed PMD.

Yeah, I do see the displaced metal now. Appears to be post mint damage - the O seems to have taken a well placed hit.
