Also, it will most likely not be worth any premium. Similar to "BIE" Lincoln cents (BIE cents are cents where a die chip has occurred between the B and E in LIBERTY, making it look Ike it is spelled LIBIERTY). Report this Post to the Staff
spru Bedrock of the Community United States 12477 Posts	Posted 06/12/2017 11:29 pm It could be a die chip but, the way that part of the O is missing and seeing the scratch above IGWT and the damage to the U, I think damage caused metal of the O to move left into the G making it look closed. It just happens to be well placed PMD.
