Are you in the Denver area? At the ANA World's Fair of Money - Denver CO 1-5 Aug 2017, there would be several representatives who would (a) authenticate the coin, (b) offer to buy the coin and (c) would love to see it!

I would fall into the B and C.

The coin is genuine and exhibits all the characteristics of a struck dime that was later struck by Lincoln Cent dies. A dime can easily fit in the collar machined for a cent.
