There is nothing obviously wrong with it.
Rest in Peace

I see nothing that stands out as wrong. It has, almost certainly, been cleaned at sometime in the past.

If its a fake its a good one. What are those, what appears to be bumps, below the ear?

Looks genuine to me, if not, it's the best fake I've ever seen. Cleaned or not, it's a nice coin.

Those bumps can indicate extra metal that does not exist on a genuine coin. I collect these and I have large photos of genuine and fake. The fake I have does have bumps but they are quite severe and obvious. My fake also has characteristics I don't see here. This coin looks a lot more like my genuine than the fake I have.

The King's ear wax (bumps) also concern me that's why I asked and the person selling this coin had many more of the same coin, so it just rang a little alarm bell in my head, but I still bought it anyway.
