1935 is notorious for having a common MD that looks remarkably like DDO-001. You have to look mostly at the lower left of the letters for notches, and particularly at the whole letter E in WE to separate out the actual doubled die.

Crazy similar! Gotta look for the notches and not what looks like big doubling of the letters.
Here is the 1935P-1DO-001, DDO-001, FS-101, WDDO: Note the doubling on the 'R' in TRUTH. The OP's coin is not a doubled die, just Machine Doubling as already mentioned. But closer images of the TRUS area might show us something we maybe missing. There is some covering of crud around the devices and we maybe not seeing what we really do need to see. So get some closer images. That may sway us.
