The streaks are from the mint, for sure not PMD, yet alone damage.

Pics make it look like a 68/69.

Looks like one of two things, a wrinkled lens or feeder finger die gouges on the die, my guess is former. in a 2x2, 67 tops.

The bag marks on the reverse keep it out of the 68/69 range IMO. I'd say a nice MS68RD. I like the coin!

Mylar hiding a lot of this coins appearance. I'd guess it is a 66RD as well but would consider it a $5 65RD if buying.

67 sounds about right, however I still think it has a 68 shot.
