It's not even considered a one-step. To be full means no distortion at all from side to side of each step. The least little ding does you in.

Confirmed. That is nowhere close to FS. As Crazyb0 said, there's not even one uninterrupted step, either by damage and/or a weak strike.

Definitely not a full steps. A nickel with full steps should not have any marks on the steps at all.
