I cannot see the date, but it's a Philippines 10 centavos.
This was minted under US Admin, from 1903-1935 either in Manila or San Francisco. KM #165 (1903-06) was .9 silver and KM #169 (1907-35) was .75 silver.

Both of your scans come up as the obverse, but that's okay, it's from the Philippines.

Edit: I type too slow!

It does...just below the striding gal (in Tagalog): Pilipinas.
I'm guessing the date is 1921?

They are from the Philippines, which was a US territory at the time.
