It's looks OK to me, but I don't really collect this type. There has been a lot of very well made fakes of this type on the market, so I would also approach them with caution.

Edge nodules look suspicious, almost "poured" molding like. May be real, ?

I don't see any cast line along the edge or bubbles in the surface, the coin looks struck and not cast. A good sign but it still could turn out to be fake. Unless someone is seeing any red flags that I may be missing. I'm still going to say it's good.
