Think I see a potential RPM, but the date seems like a typical 1960D small date strike.

Looks like a RPM. coppercoins.com lists 170+ different ones if you want to compare your's.
Rest in Peace

Date is MD to the NW on 60. There is a nice RRM there, check #'s 1960D-1MM-101 to 1960D-1MM-136 on coppercoins.com for a match

It is a small date with a RPM and some MD on the '0' of the date. The mark on the '6' is not a doubled die, it is on all the 1960 small dates.

The 1960-D RPM-100 is totally a different die.

Your coin is not a small date over large date example with RPM.
