AU58. Horn if flat. Hip bone is slightly flat. Couple of ticks on the obverse of the Indian. Rim damage from 7 to 8 pm on the obverse?

Is that a Retained Cud at 1 pm on the obverse rim?

What is meant by a Retained Cud? Keep in mind the coin is behind plastic in a 2x2 so that might affect things.

It's subjective. Some collector look for those types of mint errors and will pay for them. Others don't like them.
