It does not have a gold tone. It is darker colored though.

I can't see any wear, so I'd say AU-58 "slider" at worst, and with those clean fields, perhaps much higher. Good unbroken luster?

Not sure what kind of lighting is being used for these photos. I for one can't tell what grade this is except AU-MS.
