This one seems to have a different finish almost like a satin finish. But I know nothing about Buffalo nickles.

I'll say 63 (and assume this is not the actual color!). Obverse rim issues at K3 are a drawback.

JD, I just posted my recent acquire of this seeming similar obverse die, check this out: http://goccf.com/t/323733If you follow the whole thread, my results were exceptional. I'd say yours has many issues, that separated edge isn't good and it is pretty rough. Looking at the carpet/backing color between pix, the coin does have an orange-ish hue, if it is gold like the one I had, it may be saved, this looks coated tho.

I'm no expert here, but I don't like the look of the surface finish. I question if its Chinese reproduction.
