Looks cleaned/polished in these images. I'd say XF+ details.

Looks like a scan, which is obscuring the surface details. EF-40 sharpness at best, beyond that I can't tell for sure about cleaning or polishing.

Incised Indians are nasty to grade.
I think Coin World had a guide in one of their monthly editions.
Plus there is always the ANA Grading Guide.

AU-50, possibly "details" cleaned but it may just be the photo lighting.

xf cleaned. I dont see this making AU details at all. Looks like a little crust in the letters and alot of wear.
