While I was waiting for confirmation for another coin, I found this.
The date looks like a possible DDO but the liberty looks more of a PMD?
Thoughts?

Thanks

Classic example of Machine Doubling. Not a DDO.

The date and LIBERTY have Machine Doubling (MD) also referred to as Strike Doubling. The devices are reduced in size, which is a marker for MD. Also, the doubling is shelflike.

Machine Doubling is common and happens due to a mechanical issue with how the coin is struck. Not a doubled die and doesn't increase the value of the coin.

My thoughts as well, just wanted to make sure.

I really appreciate the feedback and the links.

I wish there was a class or course for coins.
There's a lot of information online; however, it can still be difficult for those who have ADD.

Thanks to you again.
