2001 Jefferson Nickel Error?

I came across this discolored nickel and when I took a close look I thought I could see a miniature Washington in Jefferson's neck. I took pics of normal view an then when I changed to he I definitely seen Washington. Can I get some of your opinions?

I think that this is purely a coincidence. People, including me, are experts at finding faces in all sorts of places.

I think it's just coincidental circulation damage. Sort of like seeing images in puffy clouds.

Ok. Other than the face, could the other marks be maybe another coin stike? Or some other error? I'm new so I'm just trying to learn. I appreciate your help.

Nothing there, just regular circulation wear and damage.
In the future please post a full photo of both sides.
That will help in determining anything about the coin.

Just a stain on the coin, Post minting damage ( PMD) not an error.

I found a coin with an unhappy face.

But turning it in any other direction, it goes away. It wasn't on the die, just tiny imperfections on the metal, light and shadows.
