Coinfrog Bedrock of the Community United States 94367 Posts	Posted 02/26/2019 09:36 am The name Thomas Hart Benton is usually associated with the famous American painter, but this was a different person of course - a long time senator from Missouri and staunch hard money advocate who was nicknamed "Old Bullion".
