I finally got some of my large notes graded. This note was given to my mother by my grandfather in 1949 as a rainy day fund. I believe that this is a pretty rare note, with only one other known.

I really have wonder who saved these things? $100 was really a lot of money in 1902. I am glad that someone did though.

Another wonderful note Susuman, and another with provenance.

The bank later changed its name to the Guardian National Bank of Commerce of Detroit.

A beautiful 1902 $100 Date Back, you don't see them everyday, thanks for sharing.
