I am attributing as this:
1967 Dime Missing Partial Clad after strike. Rolled thin (slight) planchet with slight taper.

Here I show my input for my calculations to make the attribution:
(Comments Welcome)
Weight = 1.85 g
Expected weight of clad fragment =~ .0183 g
Expected weight: 1.863 g +/- 0.091 g
Approximate weight without clad fragment = 1.667 g
Weight is slightly below tolerance
Thickness:
@ TR = 0.95 mm
@ Back of Head = 0.83 mm
@ Top of Head = 0.89 mm
@ Center clad fragment = 1.25 mm
@ Either Side Clad fragment = 1.02 mm; 1.06 mm
Dime expected thickness = 1.35 mm
Clad Layer Expected Weight: 180.34 µm (+/-25.4 µm)
Thickness is slightly below tolerance.
Diameter = 17.94 mm Vertical Axis,
17.98 mm Horizontal Axis
17.93 mm clad fragment

Wait, didn't you post a topic very similar to this one but with a 1965 dime instead?
