1964 D Half Dollar Possible Doubling Or Tripling On Obverse

I have approx 30 64 D halves and this one stands out to me. I think I can see some kind of doubling on the N in IN, the 4 looks real similar to other doubled halves. The W and E also seem to be joined. The lettering in IGWT also seems to also be thicker that the other halves I have. As a side note, its cool to me that you can see the die polishing marks on the coins as well.

Looks like Machine Doubling on that area.
