I'm wondering if the feature on the reverse rim from 5 o'clock to 9 o'clock is a Rim Fin, collar clash or nothing at all. Well, the reeded edge is normal, so that rules out a Partial Collar error. Probably a folded over Rim Fin most likely. Errers and Varietys.
