I don't see it.

As for RPD, I'm not sure.
The top of the "4" looks suspicious.

I do see a lot of verdigris in the area of the date.

Thanks indiancentvarieties - the die crack on the back at the tip of the arrow cemented it for me ... would you grade it a F10 or F12? Just curious ... unfortunately, it has some corrosion/pitting ...
