So I posted this coin back in april, I was told it was Die Deterioration. But I was looking at it again today under w10 magnification and I convinced it's a little more. I probably should have sent these close ups the first time :). Sorry about the 3rd pics quality, but lol at the clash on his bust.
Not that I am debunking the last comments, I now believe didnt present the best pictures I think. Just want to make sure before I sell it as a regular wheat as I was advised the last time.
Thanks

The dies were certainly well worn. I'm not spotting anything else but I must say I love the date bulge. I'm thinking that alone would pry two or three more bucks out of my hands.

Thank you! I thought I was seeing clashes from the back Reverse side especially on Lincolns bust. I wear progressive lenses and have to really look to see my coins anymore ;)
Again thank you!

Try a toothpick on the obverse to see if there is clear grease on the area next to the rims?

If it moves then it is grease. If it doesn't it might be glue? If it is incuse on the rim area, there may have been a bur on the edge of the die pressing down on that area near the rim. I've seen that few times. In an OBW roll, there were several I found on a 1937-S roll once.

Can you please post a full picture of the reverse? The partial picture looks like it shows ghosting!

That's a great Idea! I tried it and nothing moves, but check this out, look at this last pic... There is a clear outline of Lincoln on the reverse. I didnt even notice it until I turned it upside down lol! Either way, there is something I find mysterious about this Wheat cent:)

The reverse is showing what they call "indirect die transfer" aka ghosting..common on VLDS coins
