Very nice find. congrats.

I give it about G-4 and obviously environmental damage.

You might try using pure acetone to clean it up a bit.

due to the amount of corrosion I don't a TPG would assign a grade. however technically it looks VG and maybe F. as grape suggests there is a lot of detail in the hair, bust line, lettering and even denticles
