Out of 20 or so, I received three split band and nearly nick free examples of 1967 dimes. This is likely at least tied for the nicest. Thoughts? Report this Post to the Staff

dgleich Valued Member United States 93 Posts	Posted 12/05/2019 12:01 pm Over the course of a year, I must have bought 50 1967 dimes from Dave Enders, anything that looked like it might be FB. Out of all those, three were nice, well struck and had FB (or FT). Most 67 dimes came from the mint looking like XF as they were horribly struck. I thought this one was special the first time I looked at it. It took a while under high mag to see any tiny nick. The die grease on the reverse, if that is what that is, may say this was a new die?
