I'll say 64 because of what appears to be a scrape in thecheek, but it could be gem. Nice looking coin nonetheless.

the 84 is known for bold strong strikes. this one is just a little short of that with some weakness around the ear and the breast feathers are a little flat. not a fan of the toning. it may be from improper storage at one time. the missing luster across the cheek may hold this one to MS64 but 65 on a Friday as suggested by Dave

I agree with panzaldi, the toning on the neck does not show well in this photo but it is not very attractive. If I could go back I would buy a different coin. This is the closest coin I have to a gem and I just wanted to have a 66 coin at an affordable price.
