Try 50 per cent distilled water / sudsy ammonia mix for 20 seconds . Lay on a soft cloth , DO NOT RUB OR WIPE! Let air dry You will be amazed at the results! Haze gone ! The hazy look is PVC or contamination of some description as stated very common on US proof coins and sets and certainly not a desirable condition. Report this Post to the Staff

I would say that value depends on what people like.I probably would not pay extra for it because you can still pick up similar coins and a budget price.
