Is this a delamination or a defective planchet? I can usually identify a lam, but I dont see many in this shape. For it to be a lamination error I would think that the devices in the affected area would be more distorted or altered...idk. Thanks for looking,cheers.

Check to see if this is clear grease on the surface of the coin?

Try a toothpick on on it? See if it moves. If it were a lamination the weight should be under. On your coin it should be over weight a scosh?
