1987 D Washington Quarter Error Or Just Damaged?

With regard to picture orientation, I think that if you hold your phone horizontally (with both hands) rather than vertically, the pics will come out right when you post them here. When a coin has a scratch on the coin, it leaves a plowed through area and two raised sides next to the incuse area. (Looking like a snow plow went through level snow. PSD = Spendable.
