weight 2.3g diameter approx 16mm.

Not my area, so take this with a grain of salt.

The reverse is a GLORIA ROMANORVM type, with (I believe) the emperor holding a labarum and dragging a captive. Obverse right may read S P F A. Pearl diadem on the bust.

The roominess of the obverse lettering would seem to eliminate some emperors from the mix. Maybe Valens? With "S P F AVG" to the right of the bust? (D N VALEN would be to left)
