I can tell that there is peeling all the way down the coin. The bust area is the most tell-tale way to identify that this is a lamination error.

Well seeing with my tablet, it is a lamination. Without the tablet, I couldn't see it. An arrow on the top area would have been helpful. I was just seeing a single line. But being able to enlarge it better, was the convincing point. Sorry everyone. I was seeing half of the issue. Seeing the Trust area changed my mind.

Probably a better angle for a second images would have been to have the image taken on the TRUST area along with the full coin view.
