Looks AU-58 to me. Very light circulation most visible on the diamonds and hair curl.

Okay heres what ANACS gave it :3 When I bought it I thought it was maybe a MS 60 or MS 61 :(

After further scrutiny I detect : Obverse rim issue at 11:00 , hit on tip of 2nd feather from bottom , dirt or crud on E & S of states on obverse .
Maybe the reasons for the 55 grade .

i had it as a tweener. AU55/58. the reverse looks 55 and the obverse 58. I would have sided with the obverse on this one.
