So I am going back and forth on whether this is 3 die chips or 1 die chip and 2 PMD areas?

On the E looks like PMD.

I think the E is PMD as well.

Note on the 'E' how the metal was moved into a new location stacked higher like snow that was plowed? That is called damage and not a chip. This also happens with Machine Doubling as well:

Thanks Coop. Your snow plow analogy put it into perspective- looks like what happened on the E. Looks like the metal was moved from left to right into a "pile".

Too, looks like a light die crack--lower right wheat stalk--running to the rim.
