Hi there everyone. I am so curious on what is going on with this dime. I by no means quit yet really know what I'm doing yet but I stumbled upon coinage a year ago and have been hooked since. I found it in a storage been of beads this weekend. You can see why it stuck out. So if anyone has any input on this, I'd be so gracious to hear it. Thanks y'all!!

Unfortunately, your coin is damaged. Looks like someone took a blow torch to it with some melted solder.

PSD. What ever way a coin is damaged, it is still a damaged coin. When it gets back to the bank, they will set it aside to send back to the mint to be cancel and recycled.
