When it comes to proof bullion as opposed standard bullion,
I prefer to accumulate at the zombie level, with the least amount of premium charged by the dealer.

I'm pretty new to grading but just looking @ the coin for esthetics alone (not care what coin it was) I'd say MS64. To much field damage IMO for higher.
