Just wondering if it could be MS 68?

TPG's are very picky with moderns...
Your coin has beautiful color and strike...
The hit on the forehead/temple area as well as the neck/collar line will lower the grade.
The hit underneath the memorial will also lower the grade.
Then there is the question of the dark spots...left field of the obverse and rim on the reverse...these too will lower the grade.
I'm not trying to beat you (your coin) up...just trying to say...if I see it...a TPG'r will too.
All of us here are looking for the MS68's : )~
Keep searching and good luck!

Agree with 64-65, hit in temple is the first thing you see.
