It looks more like a MisAligned Die strike to me, also know as a MAD. The alignment on the obverse is normal but the reverse die looks as if it was shifted to the K:6 position. If it is a MAD, it was most likely a reverse die setup, with the reverse die being used as hammer die and the obverse as the anvil die.
