No doubt with Coinfrog that this is PMD. The last pic you posted almost has the resemblance of a Greaser ( Grease Filled Die)...lol, but surely I don't think that is the case here. Looks like this one went up against a very fine grit belt sander or something of the sorts in my opinion.
