Hey everyone! I was searching through bank rolls and this 1995 P Washington quarter immediately stood out to me. It looks like there is a lot of die chipping? With DDO?

If those are air bubbles then my vote is for this to be dried glue.

The inverted lettering overtop appears to be the America the Beautiful style obverse (2010-2021) judging by the font.

I believe there is glue on your coin from someone gluing two quarters together. The "die chipping" you see is air bubbles in the hardened glue.

Thanks for the quick replies! After further investigation there is definitely a layer of glue that has dried creating air bubbles.

Not a vise job, just glue.
