also the L in Liberty, On the reverse look at the U in quarter dollar and the A in dollar, die breaks maybe?

I see no doubled die issues on this coin. This coin has been out there for years. So things happen to it. A lot of vending machines and casinos have used these coins, damaging them on each use, even just a little. The mintmark is showing a broken post, The 'A' in dollar looks filled with grime. Nothing special that would add any premium for this coin. Just a spender.
