No, no, and no to all three. It is a tiny lamination. Likely not large enough to be worth more than its value as a circulated common date Wheat cent.

Soooo you are saying you have a die clash because you see a letter "C" on the rim, OR maybe a DDO? OR "maybe struck over another coin"? Where/how do you see it?

Does the letter(s) on the rim spell out any words? (I can't see it). And/or, where exactly do you see doubling? I'm very confused.

This is tougher than "Where's Waldo"...how about giving us the location of this "C". I'm guessing it's on the obverse side? I do see the small lamination.........

No,
I guessed clash bc of rasied surface " that's the angle shots" and the last picture it "vertical shot" looks like a letter G then followed by the letter A.. I didn't take the time to look at others but I will in a bit..

On a clash the 'C' would not be on the rim:
1919-P-Wheat-Cent-Die-Clash-Or-Maybe-Struck-Over-Another-Coin?
Do you know what a die clash is? A die clash is when the planchet is not in the chamber when a strike happens. The dies clash together and leave an outline of the others central devices on each other.

So when a the next few coins are struck you would see a pattern like this on the central area of the cent:

1919-P-Wheat-Cent-Die-Clash-Or-Maybe-Struck-Over-Another-Coin?
Coin will continue with these clash marks until the are polished off the die. When this happens it weakens the first digits of the date.

So not planchets are affected with a 'C' on the rim. The rim was there first, and then a device was added to the rim later one. It doesn't happen during the strike. It happens later on. So they are not mint errors.
