2002 D 1c Error On Reverse With Strange Mark On Lincoln

I looked and couldn't find anything about this how come.maybe I looked in the wrong places.i can see pillars in every bay even the center bay with Lincoln in it with a strange mark on Lincoln him self.

The pillars were done to simulate three dimensions from all angles built into the design and the "mark" on Lincoln is just a hit from something. no mint error here, just post mint damage ( PMD).

Often if you see above the building or below the building, die scratches can often be seen if this is a die scratch on the bays issue. But the die scratches last the longest inside of a device.
