The strike is full, so it wouldn't be on a cent planchet, but check the weight to make sure. It could have been buried at one time. Could have been chemically altered for being buried in soil or from heat/fire of some sort. We we a LOT of these. No premium as they are damaged post mint. Report this Post to the Staff
