Looks like a tilted one. Upper and lower serif seem split. Die number that will be harder. Check Coppercoins.com to see if there is a match for Spread/location/markers that will match.
The location is real close, but the spread looks different. The lower part of the mint mark is too dark to see what it looks like there. Also more of the date is need to get an exact overlay. Even if the whole 9 & 5 with the mint mark showing would help a lot. Try rotating the coin 180 degrees and see if this helps?
The lower part of the mint mark doesn't look like 016 in spread. So it maybe an unlisted one. As many as are listed there are probably 100% unlisted. I know I have many of them from different years.
It is definitely a repunched mintmark. The difference between this and Machine Doubling is easy to detect...the splits in the serifs means it cannot be Machine Doubling.
