I agree with a VF-30, but hard to tell from the photo as to a repunch. There WERE repunched O's in '59. Look your coin up here using markers:

That looks like the wide 9/8 with the re-punched O. Page 274 in the 2011 Charlton.

Wow! I never even looked at the date, only to the "one". Looks like a 9/8 to me as well.
